This is a perfect way for you to get starting on your journey.  It is easy to overwhelmed by all the health and fitness information out there and sometimes that causes you to do nothing!

This challenge will take all the guesswork out of your nutrition.  It's 5 day of clean eating.  I will provide you with a meal plan, recipes, shopping list PLUS a daily workout.  There will be giveaways and you will have a private accountability group and me as your coach to keep you on motivated, supported and accountable!!  It is easy to follow and by the end of 5 days, you will feel amazing!!
