Perfectly Baked Salmon

This is the easiest salmon recipe!!!  A fast, healthy dinner option for any weekday night!

I keep individual wrapped salmon filets in the freezer and can simply grab a couple out of the freezer in the morning to defrost and they are ready to be baked that night.

Ingredients

  • Salmon filets
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Lay parchment paper on cooking pan and spread olive oil on paper.  Place salmon, skin side down on pan.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake in oven for 15 minutes.

Serve with yams or potatoes and veggies.  Delicious, every time! :)
