Shakeology Recipes

I love Shakeology and especially chocolate Shakeology.  For the longest time I stuck with my favorite recipe - simply and always good BUT recently I have started trying new recipes and love finding some good one.

My all-time favorite Shakeo recipe:

1 cup vanilla non-sweetened almond milk
1/2 banana
1 scoop shakeology
lots of ice.

Blend well and enjoy!
Often I will also add a tablespoon of PB2 or a little bit of peanut butter.

Snickerdoodle Shake
Just like the cookie!!  Seriously!



PB & J
Love this one for vanilla Shakeology!!

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop vanilla shakeology
1 tsp pb
4-5 fresh strawberries
ice

Blend well and wow it's the perfect PB&J!!!

Maple Buttercup Shakeology

Want something sweet in the morning or looking for a great snack!

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop chocolate shakeology
1 tbsp all natural peanut butter
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1 cup ice

Blend all together!!  YUM


MOUNDS BAR (or my version of it)

1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop chocolate shakeology
1/4 cup coconut chips
lots of ice

Blend well and enjoy.  You can add a few almonds as well because sometimes you feel like a nut and sometimes you don't. :)



SHAKEOLOGY PEANUT BUTTER CUPS
Yes it's true and they are just as good they look!!

  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil, melted and cooled
  • 2 scoops of chocoate shakeology
  • natural peanut butter
  • 6-8 mini muffin cupcake liners
Mix coconut oil and shakeology until smooth consistency.  Pour little bit of mixture into mini cupcake liners and put in freezer for 30 mins.  Take out of freezer and place a small amount of peanut butter on top of chocolate and top with the remaining chocolate mixture.  Freeze for 30 - 45 minutes. Store in ziploc in refridgerator.  
21 Day Fix:  Serving size:  2 pb cups = 1/2 red, 1 tsp




SHAKEOLOGY BARS
From the 21 Day Fix EXTREME


  • 4 scoops of shakeology
  • 2 cups of quick oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (I left these out)
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • non-stick spray


Mix together shakeology, oats, nuts and raisins.  Add almond milk and peanut butter and mix all together.  Spray 8x8 pan with non-stick spray and flatten mixture into pan with hands.  Refrigerate for 3 hours, cut into bars (12 bars)
21 Day Fix:  1 Yellow, 1 Blue, 1tsp
