Seriously I was skeptical about trying this. This has taken me weeks to decide to do it. I have some challengers starting the 21 Day Fix and they are struggling with no creamer in their coffee. Well this is their answer!!
Coconut Oil in my coffee?! OMG . . . delicious!!! I don’t do black coffee and I have been doing milk since stopping with creamer. I have talked to lots of people who swear by this but really the thought of oil in my coffee!! You NEED to try this!! Coconut oil has so many benefits . . . one being it can help boost your metabolism and helps you be more focused and alert. It really is the healthy fat! And just an added little benefit . . . my lips are so soft as I am drinking it!
Here’s how I made it:
1 cup of coffee
stevia or truvia packet
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
