My Plan to Be Bathing Suit and Cancun Ready!

In 3 weeks my hubby and I will be in Cancun on an all expense paid 5 day trip from Beachbody!! Yup, that's right ALL EXPENSE paid!!!  It's a trip I earned last year just from doing my job helping people reach their fitness and health goals. I am so excited to just relax by a pool or beach and hang out with some of my good friends and to spend some quality time with my husband, no kids!!  It's so cool because Todd and I would not typically take vacation without our kids for 5 days.  We might rarely get a weekend away but with the kids busy schedules and not having lots of family nearby taking a week away without our kids seemed like an over the top indulgence.  BUT last year I earned a 5 day cruise on Beachbody and we made it happen and it was amazing.  The kids did great, the house was still standing and the dogs were happy and it was GREAT to spend that time with my husband!  The time away connected us and it takes you back to when it was just the two of you.  Yes, date nights are so important to a marriage but there is nothing like having a few days away just the two of you!!

This year there was no hesitation about going and so now we are on the countdown to bathing suits, tropical cocktails, beach and adult time!!  Talk about motivation to stay on track with my eating and fitness!!  Did I mention there will also be about 2000 other Beachbody coaches on this trip?!


So here's my game plan for the next few weeks.  I am in week 2 of round 2 of 21 Day Fix Extreme.  I LOVE this program!!  It keeps me on track with my food . . . keeps me eating balanced throughout the day and light on carbs!  AND the workouts have been awesome for my body.  I am seeing definition in my abs, arms and legs that I have not seen with others programs and I believe my body needed a slow down and addition of weights!  I am going to add in an Insanity Max 30 workout once or twice over the next few weeks to maintain my stamina and I need to stay Shaun T ready since I know I will be working out with him LIVE in Cancun!  :)

The number one way I stay on track is by MEAL PLANNING.  My whole family benefits from weekly meal planning!!  It seemed like everyday last week was a game day decision on what to have for dinner and I found myself rushing to the grocery store almost every afternoon at 5.  Not a good feeling and adds way to much stress into an already busy week.  So it's back to planning today and here's what I got:


























My list is set for the week and I am heading to the store this afternoon to get my shopping done. I will post some of the recipes under the recipe tab as well.  It's pretty simple and it follows the 21 Day Fix guide which has been the best way for me to stay on track and keep my eating well balanced.

My Fix groups have been rocking it and I am going to start a new 21 Day Fix/Fix Extreme Group right after Easter (4/6), if you are interested in getting your eating back on track and getting your fit on and seeing some real results than you WANT to be on this program!  Now's the time, Easter is over and summer is literally right around the corner!  There are 11 weeks until Memorial Day . . . . don't wait to much longer if you want to really see and feel changes by then!  Contact me.
