If you don't think you can find time to exercise than I want you to add in at least ONE exercise that I think does it all and will help you get going . . . . THE PLANK!! Planking tones and strengthens ever part of your body - shoulders, back, arms, core/abs, hips, butt and legs!!! And it only take a minute or two everyday so you DO have time.
Need more reasons . . .
- You can do it anywhere and anytime. In your bedroom, living room, outside, while you are on vacation. You don't need any equipment, not even a mat. Just get down and hold a plank for a minute or more.
- It's better than sit-ups and crunches for your core. Enough said. :)
- Planking improves posture and balance. A strong core helps you stand taller and increases stability in your body which is crucial for balance.
- It reduces your risk of injury.
- It gives you definition in your arms and shoulders.
