Never Buy Store Bought Seasoning Packets Again!

Seasonings can make all the difference to adding flavor to your meals.  I make both these seasonings up and store them in an airtight container so I always have them on hand to use as a rub for roasting or grilling chicken, steak, fish or spice up my roasted vegetables!  You will never buy those pre-packaged seasoning packets again and nor should you with all the unknown ingredients many of them contain.  Keep it all natural and know exactly what's in your blends!

The Mediterranean seasonings is my favorite. I love it on roasted chicken and potatoes and serve with a big salad on the side.  And the all-purpose seasoning can even be used to flavor rice, quinoa and vegetables as well as lean proteins.

Mediterranean Seasoning

4 Tbsp  dried parsley
4 tsp     dried onion flakes
2 tsp     dried basil
1 tsp     ground oregano
1 tsp     ground thyme
1 tsp     garlic powder
1 tsp     sea salt
1/4 tsp  pepper

Blend all together.




All-Purpose Seasoning

4 tsp     onion powder
2 tsp     garlic powder
2 tsp     mustard powder
1/4 tsp  dried thyme
1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 tsp     sea salt

Blend together!
