Hammer And Chisel . . . New Fitness Program Alert

I am super excited about Beachbody's  NEW fitness program, Hammer and Chisel!!  I love the idea of an new workout program to keep me excited about working out through the holidays and into the new year!  Over this last year I have come to love lifting weights.  The 21 Day Fix Extreme was a game changer for me as well as my husband and so many of my challengers.  I not only got my nutrition in sync but I became more toned, defined and gained so much strength by the addition of weights into my fitness routine.  I loved Autumn's program so much that I continued with it from Feb through most of this summer.  I got my husband hooked on it and we had so much confidence that we went on and did Body Beast with Sagi!  And NOW it's Autumn Calabrese and Sagi Kalev together with Hammer & Chisel . . . 60 days of pure awesomeness! I LOVE these 2 trainers!   I've done 2 different workouts of Hammer and Chisel on Beachbody on Demand (sneak peek) and I love the mix of these 2 trainers.  I used to be a pure cardio girl but adding weights will change everything - more muscle makes you toned and lean, gives your strength and revs up your metabolism so you burn more FAT!

What is Hammer and Chisel?

Hammer and Chisel is a one of a kind 60 day workout  program that will reshape your body, get you toned and strong! It is a strength based workout program with some cardio incorporated in the program. The workouts are 30-40 minutes long and varied so you will be working your abs, legs, arms, butt and get your heart rate up. 

Who's right for Hammer and Chisel?
This workout is perfect for men and women that are looking to get stronger, more toned and boost their metabolism.  If you are not a fan of cardio but want to get in great shape this is a perfect option for you.  OR if you do a lot of cardio (runner, cyclist, etc) this is a great cross training option.  Like I said I love cardio but cardio is not going to give you those defined muscles plus working on your strength and core helps prevent injuries!   PLUS I love that you can do this program together as a couple!! No matter your fitness level this program will is suited to you.  All the moves can be modified!  How fun to do this with your spouse or significant other?!!  Talk about great accountability!

Is there a nutrition component to the program?
Yes, the program comes with the color coded containers and you can choose the slim down nutrition program or the bulk up nutrition program and we will use the containers so you will know what to eat and how much to eat - no guesswork.  Getting your nutrition in sync and fueling your body properly will have a huge impact on your results!

What do you need:
Women will need 5-20 pound weights depending on your strength.  When I first started with weights I used 5-8 and increased as I went along.  Men will need heavier weights.  You will also need a pull up bar or resistance band and a bench or stability ball.
