TURKEY TACO BOWLS
Ingredients:
- 1 package of ground turkey
- 2 - 3 TBSP Southwest Seasoning
- brown rice
- 2-3 diced tomatoes
- 1 can pinto beans or black beans
- lettuce
- avocado, sliced
- reduced fat shredded cheese
Brown turkey meat and add seasoning (more or less based on taste). Cook brown rice according to directions on package. Heat beans. Put together bowls and enjoy!
For 21 Day fixers: Measure ingredients in specific container to build bowl (1 red for ground turkey in red, 1 yellow for rice, 1/2 yellow for beans, 1 blue for cheese and avocado, 1 green for lettuce and tomato)
