APPITIZERS:
Green Hummus This is great hummus alternative and my kids LOVE this. It takes about 5-10 minutes to make and I now keep in the fridge and we use it on everything. This is great with cut up veggies or toasted whole grain sliced baguette.
Spinach Artichoke Dip: This is a healthy twist on an old favorite. And serve it with homemade pita chips and sliced red peppers.
SALADS:
Watermelon Feta: This is so refreshing and is my new favorite!! Perfect for a BBQ!!
Arugula and Peach Salad: With all the yummy fruits of summer, it's fun to add them to salads and a nice change up from the standard mixed green salad.
MAIN DISHES:
Best Grilled Chicken: This is one of my favorite marinades for grilled chicken. I often grill extra to have extras for the week.

Burgers are GREAT healthy option just skip the roll and instead wrap your burger in lettuce or on top of greens and top with tomatoes and onions. Here are a couple of fun burger recipes that I love!

Fixate Chocolate Chip Cookies: A healthy version that uses almond flour and maple syrup instead of sugar. I love these and no guilt.
