Expanding my Shake Tastes!

One of the requirements of my new online accountability group is to drink Shakeology 5 times a week and post a photo in our group.  I love it because it ensures at least one meal a day is completely healthy and when you start your day with a healthy shake you are more likely to make healthy eating choices throughout the day.  Posting a photo each day adds a layer of accountability, and they are  inspiring each other and me to try new shake recipes!  I am getting outside of my comfort zone of  Chocolate Shakeology with pb and 1/2 banana and switching it up.  I am trying new flavors and recipes.  Some are great, some I won't try again but that is the beauty of Shakeology - we all have different tastes so with a variety of shake flavors and so many recipes you are bound to find a few that work for you!

I'v been drinking a shake almost everyday for the last few years.  I was a skeptic at first but Shake a day has helped me maintain my weight, reduced my cravings for sweets, keeps me energize, even has helped me grow strong nails and most important I credit it for keeping me healthy!! Love this one for vanilla Shakeology!!

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop vanilla shakeology
1 tsp pb
4-5 fresh strawberries
ice

Blend well and wow it's the perfect PB&J!!!
