Chocolate bars . . . . healthy?

I saw this on another coach blog so I can't take credit BUT I can tell you I tried these and they are so good!!

If you didn't know I am doing the 21 Day Fix Extreme right now and for 21 days there is no wine and no treats except for Shakeology treats.  I love my chocolate shake each day and lately I am drinking it at lunch because it holds me until a mid afternoon snack and it's a no brainer for me.   I love breakfast foods . . . yogurt & berries, eggs and salsa or oatmeal w/ 1/2 banana.  But figuring out what to eat at  lunch is always harder so the shake works perfectly for me.  For the most part that is my treat for the day.

BUT let's face it as women there are just days we need a little something more especially at the end of the day and often times we just want a taste of something.  Well here's your answer . . . .Chocolate Shakeology Candy Bar!!

Mix 1 scoop of chocolate shakeology and 1 spoon of melted coconut oil.  Mix until smooth and pour onto wax or parchment paper and lay flat in the freezer for a few hours.  Break it up into pieces and you've got yourself a real treat.

You can double it up and keep pieces in a ziploc in the freezer as special treat and you could even add a little pb2 or peanut butter or even some nuts or raisin!!!

It counts as 1 red, 1 spoon but I was satisfied with just couple of pieces so I would half the red container.
